computer needs?
Availability and responsiveness are two of our cardinal business objectives.
When our clients need assistance, we are available and ready to respond. Our
service contracts include a 4-hour standard onsite support response, 2-hour
emergency onsite support response, and a 1-hour remote support response during
normal business hours. In addition, our support staff is available 24 hours a
day every day of the year.
