selecting from two service options. Our first option is
an hourly rate plan. Our hourly rate is
calculated in 15 minutes increment and there is a minimum of one hour.
Our second option is a flat rate plan which is based on average time of
completion. All of our work carries a money back guaranteed,
in addition to, a 90 day warranty to perform as specified.
We will conduct a complete computer maintenance procedure, optimize
your devices for performance, and clean your computer inside and out for a
longer life. We'll also assess your system's performance to improve
efficiency.
Availability and responsiveness are two of our cardinal
business objectives. When our clients need assistance, we are available and
ready to respond. Our service contracts include a 4-hour standard onsite
support response, 2-hour emergency onsite support response, and a 1-hour
remote support response during normal business hours. In addition, our
support staff is available 24 hours a day every day of the year.
